We do not use your phone number or contact information for marketing purposes. You will only receive communications directly related to your active appraisal order or a prior order you have placed with us.

Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. Message frequency varies based on your order activity and is typically limited to scheduling and delivery notifications.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any text message from us. To opt out of email communications, reply to any email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Opting out of communications does not cancel your appraisal order.

Resi Appraisal's SMS communications are registered under the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) framework as required by major U.S. carriers. Our registered messaging campaign is limited to transactional and service-related messages only, including:

• Appointment scheduling and confirmation

• Inspection reminders

• Order status updates

• Report delivery notifications

No marketing messages will be sent under this campaign. We do not send promotional offers, advertisements, or unsolicited outreach via SMS. • Comply with USPAP workfile retention requirements (minimum 5 years, or 2 years after final disposition of any judicial proceeding, whichever is later)

After the applicable retention period, your information is securely deleted or anonymized.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
